Message	That is just the nature of the business. Mistakes are made, whether it is a product mistake or a marketing mistake ( which seems to be the case here) I have never had a problem with them for parts. That is the extent of my experience with them. I will say I have read many good things about their services over the years. My 2 cents. DP "Yes, I know my car is still running"
